ECBC organizers have decided to drop the 80 boat limit for the 2007 Emerald Coast Blue Marlin Classic. "Since we started five years ago our plan was to manage the growth of this tournament in order to maintain our world-class reputation," said Shawna Meisner, Tournament Director, "Which is why we set the 80 boat limit. But we've already filled the limit and are still being overwhelmed with people who want to enter."

Registration starts Wednesday, June 20th at 4:00pm. You can pre-register up to 5:00pm on the 19th by calling Shawna at 850-267-6168.

Access to the parking lot at the Baytowne Marina for sponsors and participants will be strictly monitored this year. A red pass is required to park in the lot; a blue pass will be issued to those who just need to drive in and load/unload. Blue pass holders will park at Grand Boulevard where tram service to and from the marina is provided.

One red parking pass will be issued per sponsor/team. Tracie Rogers will be coordinating the distribution of the passes. A Deputy at the entrance to the marina lot will also have a list of eligible pass holders. Cars found in the marina lot without a red pass will be towed!
