Tournament Rules Update May 31, 2009 We're shaking the dust off our rules and registration procedures this year with a "how can we make this simpler, easier and faster for our teams?" kind of attitude. The rules are  basically the same, but you should read them over because while they may be the same in intent, there are some changes in exactly how things are done. Here's a few of the more important changes:• The definition of Team Contact has been expanded. • Shooting a flare to mark the cutoff for returning boats has been added to Saturday night. • Billfish Scorecards replaces the Billfish Catch Affirmation form. • We're going to start using Tail Tags again for weighed fish. • Release videos will be viewed one at a time with only team members present.
