May 4, 2011 | Sam White | If your team is planning to fish the Emerald Coast Blue Marlin Classic at Sandestin this summer, there are three areas of vital importance: reserving your entry, slip reservations and booking your room at Sandestin.
ENTRIES
Tournament entry forms are available for download from the Emerald Coast Classic website, www.fishecbc.com, or by calling 850.267.6168. You can also submit an ECBC Reservation Form online. Tournament entries received by May 31st are eligible for the Early Bird drawing for a chance to win $1,000 plus five nights of free dockage at Baytowne Marina during the tournament. Entries may be paid by check, wire transfer, cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). Personal checks and business checks are not accepted after June 1. BOAT SLIPS
Slips at Baytowne Marina are reserved on a first come, first served basis for boats that have returned their entry form and $1,000 deposit. Special tournament rates are offered for the week of the Classic. To reserve a slip call Shawna Meisner at 850.267.6168 or email shawnaharris@sandestin.com. The marina staff can also provide personal marina concierge services, arrange tee times, secure restaurant reservations and much more upon request.
