We suggest you decide how prize money is to be distributed before the tournament.

ANGLERS, CAPTAINS AND MATES
There is no limit to the number of anglers per team, but you must sign up all anglers during Registration. It does not matter on which day the angler fishes as long as no more than six anglers fish at one time. Captains and mates may also be anglers, but must be registered as anglers on the Entry Form. At a minimum, you must provide a First Name, Last Name, City and State for all team participants.

TEAM CHECK-IN
All Teams must check in on the day of Registration to verify team information, pay entry fees and collect team bags.

PRIZE DISBURSEMENT

Trophies
Trophies are handed out on stage during the Awards Brunch. Additional trophies may be purchased after the event. If you are unable to attend the Awards Brunch, please contact Tournament Officials as soon as possible to arrange for pick-up or delivery of trophies.

Cash Award Distribution

Completed forms should be given to Julia Brakhage at the Awards brunch. She will also have additional W-9 forms if needed. If you cannot attend the brunch, get in touch with Julia as soon after the event as possible so she can collect this information and write a check for you. Call 910-264-3947 or email julia@tournamentcontrol.com.

Cash awards are paid by check and mailed within two weeks following the event. A 1099-MISC is issued for all prize money to the person or company to whom the check is made payable.
