It’s always nice to see the face behind the name, so we’d like to introduce the three people at Sandestin who are behind this year’s event.

Adam Alfonso, ECBC Tournament Director (right)

Home Town: New Orleans, LA

Favorite Part of the Tournament: “Seeing Baytowne Marina full of top-flight sportfishing yachts and hopefully also seeing a record-breaking blue marlin.”
Hobbies: “Basically any sports, from the flag football league in Destin to beach volleyball, fishing and hitting Crab Island on the weekends.”

Katie Tyler, Tournament Coordinator

Home Town: Andalusia, AL
Favorite Part of the Tournament: “I love being involved with the ECBC. We have a great tournament team this year and I’m expecting the 2014 ECBC to be the best yet. We’re all looking forward to seeing everyone in June!”
Hobbies: “Shopping for antiques with my mom.”

Lonan O’Neill, Tournament Coordinator

Home Town: “I’m originally from Portstewart, County Derry, Ireland, a sleepy fishing village on the North Coast.”
Favorite Part of the Tournament: “I feel that I have the best job at Sandestin! My favorite part of working on the ECBC is helping to deliver a successful event for everyone involved, from the anglers and crews to the sponsors and spectators.”
Hobbies: “All types of fishing, golf, soccer, music, being in the outdoors and enjoying time off with good friends.”
