User Registration & Tournament Forms

Posted by:

We’ve redesigned all of the tournament forms this year, and introduced a new user registration/online forms system. Here’s a list of the new forms, which can also be found at

If you register before you submit the online Entry Form you’ll be able to go back and make changes. The same is true for the Anglers form. You DO NOT have to register or login to use the Entry Levels & Jackpots, Order Additional Merchandise or the Payment forms.

Entry Form

Use this form to enter the tournament, request dockage at Baytowne Marina and submit information about your Boat, Team Contact and Crew. Consider this your official entry into the tournament.

Since Anglers are often not known until right before the tournament, we’ve separated them from the Entry Form. That way you can submit anglers at any time without having to send the entry form again.

Entry Levels & Jackpots

You can use the online version of this form to automatically calculate your total fees. The online form also seperates totals for entry fees and jackpot fees. You can use the online form to enter (and pay for) optional entries and jackpots right up until the start of tournament fishing. You can also bring the print version to onsite Registration and Jackpot Entry.
(DO NOT have to be registered or logged in)

Order Additional Merchandise

Some tournament teams have more people onboard than others. If the wristbands and merchandise you get with your team entry just aren’t enough, you can order more using the online form. But please – order only enough to cover your additional team members. You can purchase stuff for friends and family at the event.
(DO NOT have to be registered or logged in)

Online Payments

This form can be used for credit card payments, and also to let us know that a check is on the way.
