This year Registration and Jackpot Entry are at Baytowne Marina. There will be food and drink stations, but you’ll need a wristband which is in the team envelope you get at station #3 (see below). I’m trying to make the line go as quickly as possible, and the best way is to have as much info as possible ahead of time.

BRING YOUR PAYMENT TO REGISTRATION

Before You Get to Registration

If you have any changes to your boat, captain or mates that you haven’t given to Julia, please, if possible, do so via email by the end of Tuesday, June 16. julia@tournamentcontrol.com or tournament@fishecbc.com

Add your anglers and mates online at ECBC Anglers, also by the end of Tuesday if possible.

Wednesday: Registration 4:00-8:00pm – look for the RV with tents in front

#1 – Check-In. Review your entry information, make any corrections needed and drop off your anglers if you haven’t added them earlier.

#2 – Payments. We’ll have two registers and accept cash, checks and credit cards. There is a 2.5% convenience fee for credit cards. If you’re planning to enter the Release and Crew Divisions, do it on Wednesday if possible. You can also enter jackpots on Wednesday – there’s a jackpot entry form in your boat packet if you’re staying at the marina.

#3 – Sign the registration pass and pick up your Team Envelope which contains rules, scorecards, tail tags, wristbands and another jackpot entry form.

Bag Pickup – There’s a building across from registration where we’ll hand out a team bag and shirts.

Wednesday: Captain’s Meeting 6:00pm in front of the weigh station

RULES CHANGE
This year you have a choice at weigh-in to either keep your fish, or let us take it. If you keep your fish and clean it on your boat, please do not discard the carcass in the marina – bag the carcass and dispose of it in the roll-out garbage bin behind the marina office.

Thursday: Jackpot Entry 9:00am-noon – same place as Registration

Jackpot Entry forms are in your boat packet and team envelope. There will be more forms under the tents.

Thursday: Shotgun Start as Usual at Noon

Saturday: Awards will be in front of the scales after weigh-in closes.
